January 22, 2010 is here and I am still waiting for a refund. So here is my stance. I am tired of companies thinking they can get away with not refunding small amounts of money. They must do this, knowing that going to small claims court would be to much of a hassle and any other recourse would not really be fulfilled. I am trying to get a guerrilla writing campaign together to harass the Holy Hell out of their customer service department and hopefully stifle and fill their inbox. I have attached a pre-written letter and beg anyone who reads this to please re post and to please copy and paste my letter and send it to them. I will gladly help anyone else who maybe in the same situation with a company, e-bay seller, or any other type of service provider. To whom it may concern at Only Phone Networks:
I am writing you regarding Ramon Fernandez, who had ordered phone supplies on Sept. 3, 2009, invoice #3336. On October 26, 2009, he received 1 of 2 e-mail responses from onlyphone network.com, after writing on several occasions. In this e-mail he was told that he would get a refund for the items he never received. It is now January 22, 2010: No Refund has been received, Nor has he received the items he ordered.
Ramon has contacted me to make sure I never place an order with your company, since you can't provide goods that are paid for and have even a harder time refunding money. I will be passing along this information to all of the people that I know, as well as all of my social networking and blogging sites, so I can inform the most amount of people, not to place any orders with a company with Onlyphonenetwork.com; a company with horrible business practices and ethics.
